- If you need to register multiple attendees, each attendee must have an individual form submitted.
- If you would like to bundle multiple attendees onto a single invoice, please indicate the name of the member responsible for payment.
- Once your form is submitted, you will receive a registration confirmation and an invoice with instructions for payment. If you do not receive a registration confirmation or invoice within 5 business days, please contact Shelly Satre.
- Hotel accommodations are NOT included in your registration. Your confirmation email will contain instructions for reserving your room(s).
NOTE: Our area has been suffering erratic USPS mail delivery. We are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen funds sent via USPS mail, and highly encourage you to make your conference registrations online via our secure payment processor.
