MN Elks Fall Conference 2025

Minnesota Central District Lodges will be hosting the 2025 Minnesota State Elks Association Mid-Year Convention in partnership with the Minnesota Elks Youth Camp and Breezy Point Resort, October 17-18, 2025.

General Agenda (times may be subject to change)

  • Thursday Oct 16:
    • 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm: Check In at Breezy Point Convention Center
  • Friday Oct 17: 
    • 6:30 am to 7:30 am: Check In at Breezy Point Convention Center
    • 8:00 am to 12:00 pm: Meetings and Silent Auction at Breezy Point Convention Center
    • 11:30 am to dark: Activities and optional Pork Loin Dinner at MN Elks Youth Camp
  • Saturday Oct 18: 
    • 6:30 am to 7:30 am: Check In at Breezy Point Convention Center
    • 8:00 am to 12:00 pm: Meetings and Silent Auction at Breezy Point Convention Center
    • 12:00 pm to 1:30pm: Pizza Lunch (Optional) at Breezy Point Convention Center
    • 1:30 pm: Raffle Drawing

Also- the Brainerd Elks #615 is celebrating their 125th Anniversary this year! Join us Saturday night for The Lonesome Losers: A Tribute to Yacht Rock at the Blue Room next door to the club. $5.00 cover. More details available here!

Online registration requires payment (credit card, ACH, Google Pay, Apple Pay) at the time of submission. If you need to pay by check, complete this form and an invoice will be sent to your email.

Hotel accommodations are NOT included in your registration.

To make room reservations:

  1. Go to BreezyPointResort.com
  2. Click on "Book Your Stay" (top of the page)
  3. Select the Arrival Month (October) and your arrival/departure dates
  4. Enter the number of adults and the Group ID 394569 and click “Check Now”
  5. Your room choices will pop up and continue with your reservation.
  6. One night’s lodging will be put on your credit card – you pay the balance when you’re there.
