What began as a conversation at Flag Day last year has come to fruition as a new addition to our Brainerd Elks Lodge. Kian Duda, designed and built this wonderful piece of furniture for our lodge as his Eagle Scout project. The flag retirement box is there for any American Flags that need to be retired from service properly. We salute Kian Duda for his work and craftsmanship. This box has a twin that is in service at Brainerd City Hall. Brainerd Elks Youth Activity funds were donated to Kian for his project. He also did the laser burning of the logos and emblem on the project. Be sure to check it out in the club next time.
